It is possible to return all products up to 14 days after your package has arrived. The customer pays for the shipping and needs to buy their own return label.

We operate with a 14-days withdrawn policy, subsequently it will not be possible to return anything.

When we have received the return package, you will be notified by e-mail. The money will be returned on the same debit card, that you used to purchase the item. Please know that we are very busy at our warehouse but we try to proceed your return as fast as possible. Normally all return packages are processed within 2 weeks.

Husk at pakke alle produkter som du modtog dem, i den rigtige plastikpose og udfyld den returseddel du modtog med pakken. Har du mistet din returseddel kan du printe en ny her

Det er også tilladt af aflevere returpakken på vores lageradresse eller selv at købe et returlabel. Vi afhenter IKKE pakker sendt til pakkeshop.

Produkter modtaget i den forkerte pose, eller uden pose, tages ikke retur. Ønsker kunden at modtage disse produkter igen, skal der sendes et pakkelabel til vores email. Vi ønsker at være et ansvarligt brand og vil derfor ikke medvirke til problemet om spildprodukter der bliver smidt ud, da de ikke længere er salgsbare efter returnering. Så husk derfor at tænke over hvordan du sender dine produkter retur <3
