HOW DO I CARE FOR MY BAUN ITEM?
We want to encourage our customers to help us focus on longevity for our products. Therefore, we recommend washing all items by hand and taking good care of them. Wear them often, wash less, and take care of the environment.
WHICH SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
Shipping is calculated at check out where you can see all the available providers for your country.
All orders within Denmark are shipped after 1-2 business days and often arrives 1-2 days after we ship it. If you want your order faster we recommend choosing a pick up point.
All international orders are also shipped within 1-2 business days but the shipping time depends on what shipping method you choose at check out.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We ship all orders within 1-2 business days*.
You will recieve an email with your shipping details.
*Does not include Chloe Dresses as they are made to order in Copenhagen and shipped sepretly.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Unfortunately it is not possible to cancel or change your order once it has been placed. Instead you are more than welcome to return it once received and place a new order on the correct size or style.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
You can return your order within 14 days upon arrival.
Please return your items new, unused and in the plastic bag you received it in. We do not return items without the packaging as we are not able to resell it.
Your order must be returned directly to the following address or follow this link. We do not accept returns to a parcelshop or returns sent with DAO.
When returning your order, please also include the packing note received with your order.

We recommend you to keep a postage receipt with a tracking number as proof that the package was sent since you are responsible for the package until it arrives directly to our warehouse.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY THE RETURN COSTS?
You are responsible for the return costs and all other expenses.
CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
Yes you are able to exchange an item.
If you want to exchange a product you need to buy a the new item and follow our return guide. You will receive your money as soon as we receive your return parcel.
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?
Once our warehouse has received and processed your return we will refund your order and confirm upon e-mail. Please note that it can take up to 14 days from the day our warehouse receives your return to they process your return.
WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?
As soon as we have received your return, the item(s) will go through a quality control check at our warehouse. Once the return has been accepted, all successfully returned items will be credited to the credit card used to originally purchase the item(s). This can take up to 10 days from the day our warehouse receives the return.
The original shipping charges will not be refunded. You will receive an e-mail notification once the refund has been initiated. Please note that it can take between 3-5 business days for the money to be at your disposal once the refund has been processed.
I HAVE RECEIVED A DEFECT, INCOMPLETE OR WRONG ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?
If you have received a defect, incomplete or wrong order please contact our customer service at info@baunstudio.com within 72 hours after delivery. Remember to include pictures of the defect, incomplete or wrong order as well as your order number for reference.
